Fluoxetine Capsules is selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) prescribed to patients in below mentioned conditions under prescriber’s observation:

 

  •  Acute and maintenance treatment of Major Depressive Disorder
  •  Acute and maintenance treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
  •  Acute and maintenance treatment of Bulimia Nervosa (uncontrolled episodes of overeating)
  •  Acute treatment of Panic Disorder, with or without agoraphobia
  •  Use in combination with olanzapine to treat depressive episodes of bipolar I disorder as well as treatment-resistant depression
