Fluconazole Infusion

• Fluconazole 0.2 % w/v Infusion

Fluconazole Infusion is prescribed to patients having the following fungal infections:

• Patients having cryptococcal meningitis and unable to tolerate amphotericin B
• Oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis in immunosuppressed patients including AIDS
• Vaginal candidiasis when topical therapy failed
• Tinea pedis (athlete’s foot) infections in immunosuppressed patients in whom topical therapy is not a practical treatment option
• Prophylaxis against candidiasis in AIDS patient
