Pemetrexed Injection is folate antimetabolites indicated in the treatment of following cancer treatments:
- Patients with non-squamous, non-small cell lung cancer who are newly diagnosed with locally progressed or metastatic disease may get this drug in addition to cisplatin.
- Maintenance treatment after four cycles of platinum-based first-line chemotherapy of patients with locally advanced or metastatic, non -squamous non-small cell lung cancer
