- Treatment of schizophrenia in older and adolescents (ages 13-17) patients
- Acute treatment of manic episodes related with bipolar I disorder, both as monotherapy and as a combination therapy to lithium or divalproex
- Acute treatment of depressive episodes associated with bipolar disorder
- In combination with lithium or divalproex for maintenance treatment of bipolar disorder
