Cefepime & Tazobactam Injection indicated in treatment of bacterial infections caused by cefepime-susceptible bacteria:
In adult and children ( >12years ) who is having >40kg body weight
- Treatment of Pneumonia
- Complicated urinary tract infections
- Pyelonephritis (inflammation of the kidneys caused by bacterial infection)
- Complicated & uncomplicated intra-abdominal infections
- Peritoneum infection caused in patient who is under dialysis support
- Acute biliary tract infections (in aedults only)
In children (aged 2 months to 12years) who is having ≤ 40kg body weight
